My one goal
Hi :) my name is Melinda and my goal is to help parents teach their kids about Jesus Christ in a fun way. I am so excited to share with you the Searching For Jesus Doll, Advent Calendar, and Activity pages. When I created this, it changed how my children interacted with their savior, Jesus Christ. I know it will do the same for you and your family.

Questions families ask
What ages is this for?
Both sets are made for girls and boys ages 3 and up. The Searching for Jesus set contains small parts, so it is not suitable for children under 3.
They work well with mixed ages. Younger children love the hunt and the pieces; older ones grow into the devotions and the activity pages. It is why so many grandparents give them.
What comes in the box?
The Searching for Jesus set has three things: a 9 inch soft plush Jesus doll, a 25 day Advent calendar and illustrated devotional book that runs December 1 through Christmas Day, and one set of 20 activity pages. A few of the pages use crayons, safety scissors and glue, so it helps to have those on hand. Extra activity page sets are available once the first ones are colored in.
The Wooden Nativity Story Advent has 24 doors with a solid wood Nativity piece behind each one, plus a stand-up story and scripture flip book. No assembly and no batteries.
How is this different from Elf on the Shelf?
Same joy of the morning hunt, with Jesus at the center instead. There is no mischief to stage and nothing clever to think up at eleven at night. You hide the doll, your kids find Him, you read the day's gospel lesson together, and then you have fun doing the pre-planned activity.
How much time does each day take?
About five minutes. Some evenings you will linger over the activity page; most mornings it is a quick read before school. It is meant to fit real family life, not add to your December list.
Which calendar should I choose?
Searching for Jesus is our plush-doll set, best for hands-on little ones who love the morning hunt. The Wooden Nativity Story Advent is a solid wood manger scene that grows a piece a day, lovely for families who want a keepsake. Both are ages 3 and up, and some families do both.
When will it arrive? Will it be here before December 1?
Shipping is free on every domestic order and usually arrive within a couple of days. We use Amazon as our shipping partner.
Do you sell out?
We make a limited run each year, and they do run out before Christmas. If you know your family wants one, it is worth ordering early rather than waiting until December.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Email us and we will make it right. This is a small family business, so your message reaches a real person. Our email is troy@jesusandme.co.
